I ran out of red ink and it doesn’t send me more. I have a hot spot so I can only plug it in for short bursts due to living where there is no WiFi options. How do I order more ink? This is necessary for work! There should be an option to click “send more” because it’s been years because I don’t print much and now I’m working from home and have to ask a message board for my ink!

True -- if the printer is not connected to the Internet, the service cannot monitor the printer.

 

True, too, that the monitoring is necessary for the automatic replenishment process.

 

It can be sorted...
