I am enrolled in Insta-ink, my payment was past due, I updated my payment method but then they tried to charge me way, way more then it should be. My statement does not show overage, and even if so then there is still no way my bill was $56. I am only enrolled in the 50 page a month plan, and when I have went over in the past, I was still never billed that much. The most extra I have had to pay was $8.97. Do they maybe verify for a greater amount then billed, like gas stations do ? I just don't understand were that $56 is coming from. My service had not been suspended yet either.
