I changed plan 10/2023 still being billed old plan.  Told pay by 2/9/24 or account suspended... account suspended 1/10/24.

Are enrolled in the instant ink program?

 

If yes, and to get this issue sorted, we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers who should be able to sort this out. 

 

For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
