HP 9010 Home printer. HP claims we printed 85 pages last month. We got the printer in June of 2021. We haven't even printed 85 pages since then. Six month free trial of instant ink. They sent one set of cartridges in six months. So, how do I dispute this? All I could get to was the stupid virtual agent that doesn't answer the question asked. How do I talk to a human being at HP? I signed up for 15 pages/month and we don't even print that. Most everything we do is done electronically, seldom print. Are they counting scanning as printing? The printer usually works fine but HP has crap software (HP Smart) and this inkjet plan is BS if they just decide to charge 8x what I signed up for and know I'm using. Who do I talk to? Thanks.
