Hi@Krelph

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand you are looking for free Instant Ink months. If the offer is mentioned on the printer box, it will get credited automatically.

Some printers come with codes that must be applied during enrollment.

Enter enrollment keys during enrollment. That is the only time they can be applied. Open the ink cartridge access door and check for a sticker with the PIN/key.

Once enrolled within 7 days of installation, the free months will automatically be credited to your Instant Ink account. For assistance with enrollment, refer to - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

Make sure the printer is enrolled/registered in Instant Ink.

If the suggested information can't be found, please send me a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.

Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
