Hello. I purchased a prepaid card to receive cartridges via the Instant Ink website. In order to configure my printer, a pin code generated by the printer itself is required, performing some steps. I have tried several times, but the printer does not generate any pins for me. I print various information sheets, no connection etc .. but no pins.
Could anyone help me? Thanks

I would recommend you follow the steps on the document HP Printers - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink to complete your enrollment.
If you still have issues share a screenshot of the window that is asking for the pin which will help us isolate the issue and assist you further.
