I have a HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 and the page counter is off. I have not printed any pages today and it claimed that I printed 7 pages. Yes, I did refresh the screen to make sure it has up to date information. How is this possible? I did scan 3 sheets to my computer as pdf's. Is this being counted as printed? If so, this is so wrong because I did not print any pages. I do not want to be charged for something I have not done. Can someone please help me to understand this system? HELP!
