I'm trying to set up Instant Ink, but the page won't print on this step. otherwise the printer is printing fine!
On the printer, press the Information and Cancel buttons at the same time.
A Network Configuration page will print. You will need the code on this printed page in the next step.

Try this:
On the printer's control panel, press the Wireless button and the Information button at the same time.
Both a Network Configuration Page and a Wireless Network Test Report print.
For more info on how to enroll the printer in Instant Ink, refer to - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink
