My account is showing I have printed zero pages which is incorrect as I use my printer often . Worried I will not get my replacement cartridges, Printer is always switched on but goes auto to standby when not in use.

Thanks for the reply. I went to the website to try and contact HP but no joy at all. Trying to find support without all the 'bot' replies was a nightmare.
Hope I get a resonse here. Getting emails to say 'Urgent there is a problem ' but no way of speaking to anyone.

True - when I check Instant Ink Support at your location, the phone service is closed for the night.
Perhaps try again in the morning your time.
Hours are listed at the website.
True, too, you'll need an HP agent to access your private account information.
Those of us who are not HP cannot (and should not be) able to access your private accounts.
