I’m really upset about my subscription to instant ink and my new paper Add On!!!

 I don’t know if anyone else is experiencing getting no paper shipped out to you like when you run out of ink but I’ve run out of paper a month and half ago and my printer has counted each page but I have nothing shipped to me!! I contacted HP only to find out that everyone I spoke to didn’t know anything about the paper add on service transferred me to 4 different associates to find the last associate gave me an email to help me with my paper add on!! Guess what? Still waiting for a response from HP and I’ve sent at least 10 emails so far and had to recently purchase paper at Walmart and I mean this paper is on top of my extra cost for paper that’s being charged on my account through subscription!!!!! I’m absolutely livid about this and very close to cancelling the entire instant ink subscription that I’ve had for years now and making sure friends of mine and family members of mine all cancel as well because this is unprofessional on behalf of HP!! 
I’m to the point where I don’t know who I can talk to about this because all the HP ASSOCIATES TELL ME IS THEY CANNOT HELP ME WITH THE PAPER ADD ON 

I see HP took out the money for my first month of paper add on and I’m starting to think that last month you know the supposed “FREE TRIAL MONTH” was not FREE AFTER ALL BECAUSE WHERE IS MY PAPER??? It’s so ridiculous that I had to go shopping for this paper and pay big money for something I’m already paying HP for and getting absolutely nothing from my subscription but they have no problem running my debit card for payment for paper that I’m having to buy in another store!! 
Can someone please direct me to someone at HP THAT CAN HELP SEND MY PAPER I PAID FOR??
