Paper Plan option for HP All-In Plan

Hello, I was told a while back by support there would be an option to add paper to my HP All-In Plan as of March of this year, IIRC. I check weekly, but still, unable to add paper to the All-In plan. It includes printer and ink, but no paper. My previous printer that I owned was enrolled in the Instant Ink plan with paper add-on. We thought we were upgrading by doing the All-In plan, but it almost feels like a step backwards because it's not really all-inclusive if it doesn't include paper, is it? I'm aware I can buy reams of paper, I just want everything automatically ordered as I need it, like with my old printer. Does anyone know if the All-In paper option is actually being added? Thanks.
