Printer product name:  HP_ENVY_Photo_6232

Error message Patronproblem remove and reinstall the specified cartridge and make shure it is installed properly (translated from danish).

The cartridge is received from HP as instant ink cartridge. This is the first cartridge installed after the initial from the purchase. I am not satisfied with this message because I cannot use the printer after I have used all the ink  (tri-color). I can see that the cartridge is larger than the original, that I have removed.

I have tried to remove and reinsert the cartridge a couple of times, but still the same result.

The operating system has no meaning in this issue, because the printer itself gives the message when the cartridge is inserted before I try to print.
