I have had my printer for a year and a few months. I signed up for instant ink. It worked ok a couple of times, but then I ran out of ink and no new cartridge. Went to Walmart and got a cartridge.  Instant ink kept charging me. Again, I ran out of ink, no new cartridge and I bought another. The Virtual Agent is no help and I can't find a phone number to call for help. I'm tired of paying for double ink!  What do I do?

I wondered if there is anyway you can please help.

I Have been paying for instant ink for over a year and Berber needed replacement as barely use. 

now when I desperately do it says it has been sent on 2nd may but I have not received. Chat bot offers no solution and customer service closed. What do I do.

I think this "help" area is just a black hole. I have replied to 2 people via PM who stated they were HP Support People but I have my doubts.  Think it may be time to just go buy an Epson Printer.  Instant Ink seems to be fraught with issues and there doesn't seem to be anyone that can help.   

 

Beware of Instant Ink. I have had to purchase 2 cartidges of ink in the past year from Walmart because HP failed to send me any. Yet, I still get charged for Instant ink.  Hmmmm.....
