Hi

I will not pay for something I didn't ask for. You already took €8 without asking me. I stopped my account and you still ask money. Like can I just use my printer? I paid for that thing, and I can't even use it. He says that my inkt isn't usefull when I don't have an account. I don't want an account? I want my money back! I'm not okey with this. Unable to use the printer while I paid for it.

I want this to end, no payings every month, you pay me back, I just want to use my god **bleep** printer.

I paused my HP Instant Ink at the end of my billing cycle only to be CHARGED the full amount the next day.

How do I get credit and put my Instant Ink plan on pause?
