Hi @IvaB,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the HP Smart payment process. I can provide you with some general advice on what you can try to resolve the issue.
- Check Card Information: Ensure that the credit/debit card information you're entering is accurate, including the card number, expiration date, and security code (CVV). A small mistake in any of these details can lead to payment failures.
- Billing Address: Make sure the billing address you provide matches the one associated with the card. Some payment systems may decline transactions if there's a mismatch in addresses.
- Payment Method: Confirm that the payment method you're using is accepted by the HP Smart platform. Some platforms have restrictions on certain types of cards or payment methods.
- Browser/Device Issues: Try using a different web browser or device to complete the payment. Sometimes, browser or device-related issues can interfere with the payment process.
- Clear Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, cached data or cookies in your browser can cause issues. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies before attempting the payment again.
- Update HP Smart App: Ensure that you are using the latest version of the HP Smart application. Outdated versions may have bugs or compatibility issues that could be causing the problem.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
