I can’t print on my HP envy. It says to update payment method, which I have, but it’s not processing my payment so I can use my printer. Can someone please help before I buy another brand of printer

I suspect you have enrolled the printer  in the HP auto refill program where the printer notifies HP when the ink level is low and HP sends out a replacement ink cartridge

 

your printer appears to have exhausted the ink in the current cartridge and will not print till it's replaced

you should have a Black cart and then a color one determine which one is empty by checking the printer display

 

contact HP support directly, the numbers are posted on the bottom of the main HP web page

until then, buy a replacement ink cartridge for your printer model locally or off a site like amazon
