My current end of service date for new billing states that it is July 31, I tried printing today the 25th and it is locked and says that a payment is due. I am not behind on payments and was billed last on June 29. Has anyone else experienced this? I tried to chat with a representative and after being in the queue forever, the queue froze up. It’s an enormous pain in the butt and I am going to cancel the service and just buy a cartridge because I don’t print that much anyway, just curious if anyone else has encountered this issue.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.
