I have a personal printer with an instant ink account which I pay through PayPal.

I want to add a work printer to instant ink am I able to pay that one with the work PayPal account

Yes, you can use a different PayPal account to pay for the Instant Ink subscription for your work printer. When you add the work printer to your Instant Ink account, you'll have the option to choose the payment method during the setup process. Simply select PayPal as the payment method and sign in with the credentials associated with the work PayPal account. This will allow you to link the work printer to your Instant Ink account and pay for the subscription using the work PayPal account.

 

Keep in mind that each printer on your Instant Ink account can have its own payment method, so you can manage and pay for them separately if needed. Just make sure to select the appropriate payment method when setting up each printer on your account.
