Help- newbie, my photos are coming out very wet but also fuzzy. On gloss and semi

gloss photo paper as have no Matt. Virtual HP is

useless. Is it the photo paper being too glossy? As don’t want to have just matt on all photos.

What is the exact model of the HP printer you are using?

Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.

 

Are you using the HP Smart app to print or the AirPrint option?

Check for any software updates on your iOS device

Go to settings > general > update the software

 

Update the printer firmware

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

Kindly refer to the printer specifications to know the supported types of photo paper.

 

To know how to load the photo papers correctly in the input tray, refer to page 18 of the user guide.
