Hi. I just got Hp Printer 8020 series Instant Ink and have photo paper to print some photos from my iphone. It prints so blurry and no quality at all. I don’t know how to fix it. Also makes the color look darker.

@Sara0612, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Try printing the photo on a regular paper to check if the print quality is fine.

What type and size of photo paper are you using?

Make sure the photo paper you are using is supported by this printer by checking the printer specifications.

Which app are you using to print the photos? Are you using HP Smart or AirPrint option?

Update the printer firmware

Go to Setup > Tools > Update the printer

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

Also, check for updates on the iOS device

Go to Settings > General > Update the software

Click here to know how to print using HP Smart app.

Click here to know how to print using AirPrint option.

Try both to isolate the issue.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
