Hi, I am trying to enable Web services so I can join instant ink,  my printer is enabled for this and has worked before.  The Web services light keeps blinking red. I have tried all different ways to connect to web services, it keep asking me for windows login, it tells me to type in admin for the user name and that I will find the pin or password on the back or underneath the printer. I do not have this information and can not get passed this step there is no reset password option either so Web services can't be enabled.

Any help would be fantastic.

Many thanks

Hi @Pink-Star

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

This is EWS password. Please try these steps to restore the network settings to defaults -  Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
