First'... Everytime I come to the Community the region shown is America. This cannot be changed and will not change whatever I do or however many times I do it...!!
My problem: I have just installed a new printer and joined the automatic ink supply programme to receive cartridges as I need them... However, the front panel on the printer tells me I am not connected to HP for the service. I need to follow this up.
The support website is useless. Virtual helpers don't even address the right printer!
I need to talk to a real HP support person but and need a phone number that does not charge me £6.00 for a chat. Obviously it will be a UK phone number.
I hope someone can help. TIA for any input.
BTW I am 83 years old so please be gentle!

- It also helps you understand what state your cartridges are in based on HP's data,
- Any issues will be shown with its solution using a step by step approach, to make it easier for you!
Please check your account page to see the latest cartridge information by signing into your account at "instantink.com".
If the suggested information can't be found, You may respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly
