Why is there no way to completely remove billing information from the website? Why do i have to contact support to ensure that I wont be charged AGAIN.

Welcome to the HP Community --

The "Why" is because we are not Instant Ink Support.

Only HP agents have access your private information.

Trust...

If someone gets a hold of your Instant Ink UserID and your account password, then sure, that person would have access to the information in that account.

Your safer option is to contact Instant Ink Support >> Speak with a support team member who can explain your options and help you navigate the final closing of the account.

Your faster option:

Contact HP Instant Ink Support during business days and hours available in your region.

OR

You may choose to wait here in the HP Community for an agent to find and respond to your question.

When necessary, Agents can access private information.

Waiting is not faster – our Community is not  HP Instant Ink Support   – Waiting generally works.
