Poor Quality Prints

Hi everyone,

I just exceeded my monthly page limit but I see that a number of the pages printed with bad quality.

Do we get credit for these pages?

Hi @qatsi

Welcome to the HP Support Community. To assist you better, I would like to know the following:

  • What model printer are you using?
  • Which device are you using to print?
  • Kindly attach the images of the printouts with bad quality on your next page.
  • If the ink cartridges are defective, we will have to troubleshoot this issue.
