Color print quality is still not good after 3 cartridge cleanings. Virtual Agent last suggestion was to change the color cartridge. I am enrolled with Instant Ink. It seems that my current color cartridge still has some ink so I will not receive the new cartridge soon. Tried with virtual agent. Impossible to get a phone number for a human agent. Assistance please.
