Poor customer service

 Very frustrated

 

Was sent a printer cartridge that was deformed in manufacture and doesn’t fit in my machine. The virtual assistant was useless, I’m not allowed to call the number without charge because my printer isn’t in warranty.  HP sent me a broken cartridge and I have to pay to fix it!
