Greetings,

I'm trying to finish setting up a pre-owned HP Tango Printer (2RY54A) and need your assistance to complete it. After following the steps from my Smartphone's (Android Version 11) HP Smart app an error message appeared after installing new replacement HP cartridges on the printer. I retried the steps, and the app prompted me to install SETUP cartridges which I do not have. The printer was recognized by the app and did connect to the same network as the smartphone was but ink level display in the app showed empty and printing was not possible. Is there a way to solve this issue?
