Hello. I live in Canada and would like to return the ink cartridges after we cancel the Instant Ink plan. The link online on my account (Overview, Ink cartridge status, "Recycle your ink cartridge") gives me an error when I click on it.

An error occurred while processing your request.

Where can I find a link to get a return shipping envelope from Canada. If I can't ship them back, can I just recycle them here since they are half used? Will I be charged if they are not returned?
