Priner fail to connect to new wifi

Dear community,

i have recently moved home and my printer (3630 series) fails to connect to the new wifi.

I have tried everything but printer simply cannot be located onto the wifi to be connected.

Please help!

I understand that you are unable to connect wifi.

 

Please perform the below steps and check.

  • Go to Devices and Printers and click ‘Add printer’ to add Deskjet 3630 printer.
  • Select Wireless or Bluetooth printer from the Add printer menu.
  • If your system prompts, install required driver software.
  • If you are asked for administers permission, allow control by entering password and follow screen instructions.
  • Click Finish to complete installation process.
  • If your system can’t find wireless router yet, then reboot your device, printer, reconnect USB to get rid of hardware issues, if any.
  • Now, reconnect your printer and browse to Wireless setup wizard from printer control panel and check if wireless network is available.
