Print cartridge issue

Got both black and colour cartridges through the scheme.  Inserted them then screen shows "one of the cartridges has a problem". Through process of elimination established it's the colour one. Followed advise with cleaning contacts with distilled water. Still shows the error. Tried the live chat but even that's got an issue as I can't type a response to the agent in the text box!!! Any advise welcomed. Thanks Viv
