Print cartridge issue

HP Recommended
HP Envy 4523
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My colour cartridge seems defective and is not printing Magenta . I've done all the cleaning and followed instructions on the HP website and still not printing correctly.  I've been trying to get hold of HP to get a new cartridge as I subscribed to HP Instant ink, but no joy.  Any advice would be welcome.
