Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

The printer isn't able to print due to print head issue. Have checked the print head the black is fine the color is seems problematic, tried cleaning the print head but still the issue haven't solved. No idea if the ink has blocked or what so ever is problem with it.

If you have tried the steps mentioned in this document and the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer as this could be a hardware issue.
