Print head issue

HP Recommended
HP Ink Tank Wireless 415
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

The printer isn't able to print due to print head issue. Have checked the print head the black is fine the color is seems problematic, tried cleaning the print head but still the issue haven't solved. No idea if the ink has blocked or what so ever is problem with it.
