Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to print the printer info page to get my claim code for instant ink (printer is 2 days old and just set up, with 5 months trial) it says "it may take a few minutes to print" but then nothing happens. Approx 5 minutes later it logs me out and tells me to log back in to access the page and the process starts all over again.

The virtual agent has no info about this, have tried to get a phone number for my free phone support but get a "sorry i can't help you with that" message instead.

I have messaged on WhatsApp, Facebook and Messenger but I think that HP may have disappeared off planet Earth as noone has responded.

Please if anyone knows how to get this to work so that I can use my printer it would be much appreciated.
