Printer Blocked

HP Recommended
HP Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer has been blocked due to my credit card Expiring I have tried to update card but I keep getting this message

Requests to the server have been blocked by an extension.  !!!

 

This is driving me mad as I need to use the printer.

 

Any help gratefully accepted
