Printer Cartridge sent was the wrong one...

Can anyone help please ?  HP sent me the wrong cartridge in error and I have no way to tell them .....how on earth do you contact these people ? (UK) 

This is quite desperate as my daughter is printing homework during COVID !!

 

Please help I am pulling my hair out.
