Printer Failure

HP Recommended

“There is a problem with the printer or printer system. Turn the printer off then on. If you continue to get this message, contract HP.”

Thus message keep showing on my printer for half a year, and I am not able to use the printer. Is there anyone know who should I contract? or How would I fix this?
