Printer Ink Cartridge error

HP Recommended
HP Envy Photo 7858
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi - I've tried a bunch of stuff to get rid of this error so I can print.  Suggestions on what else to try appreciated.  Tried several new cartridges, shutting down and rebooting printer also resetting my router to make sure I have connectivity.

Try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16
