My color ink is missing red, my black ink is empty, and I have not been sent anything for over a month. Yes, my printer is connected to the internet because you can still track my ink usage. I've tried cleaning the ink cartage with youtube tutorials. The black is out completely. No help. Then the color comes out green and is nearly empty as well. Unbelievable, there's no option to send me colored ink because my printer believes it's full.
