I am trying to set up instant ink on my printer. When I press the HP ePrint button, it tells me there is a connection error. That the printer isn't connected to the server and to check the internet connection and proxy setting - both of which I've done. It lets be press continue or retry. When I press continue and can choose Print, the same error pops up.
If I click page doesn't print & follow those instructions, am I going to mess it up? If so, what should I do instead?
Thank you!

Welcome to the HP Community --
I've never had an Instant Ink Subscription -- I think I did not know that ePrint is involved.
?
You do need web services working -- and, true, Both Instant Ink and ePrint use web services.
I can direct you to the people who can help.
Wait until tomorrow morning and give the Instant Ink Support team a call.
Were it mine to do, I'd visit the Instant Ink Support website and READ about the service.
