I WILL NEVER BUY A HP PRINTER AGAIN. I did not realize I had the Ink subscription. I replaced original ink cartridges with new HP cartridges bought at Office Depot. Printer would not work. I called HP help and they explained that the cartridges sent by the ink subscription service are different from retail outlet ink cartridges. This information should have been highlighted in the setup directions. They mailed me ink cartridges. I installed them. The printer still did not work. I was on the phone with HP help for over 25 hours over 5 days and the problem is still not resolved. I asked for a printer refund and/or a new printer. They have not responded to me.
