macOS 10.15 Catalina

I am SO beyond frusterated. I can't get a HUMAN at this company. 
First problem, my card changed. 
Then there wasn't a place for me to update it. 
Then my printer stopped printing. 
Then I tried to change the card but I need it to print out a page to get a code - but it won't print - becasue my CC isn't connected. 
I have spent over an hour and a half for a silly 2.99 a month product. 

GRRRR

I need to talk to someone to help fix my account. I have submitted two help tickets. The virtual chat is useless. 
WHere can I go to get help? 
I need to print!
