PLEASE HELP. Am 88 years Old and not a "techi". Have been trying for three weeks to supply the new credit card required. My Printer is shut down by HP. Cannot get to "Billing." Please . . .

The first thing: This can be fixed.
Open the web site and scroll down just a bit to see the contact phone number.
Contact HP Instant Ink Support during business days and hours available in your region.
I've moved your post into the Instant Ink board where it can be found more quickly.
If you cannot get through on the phone for any reason, "hang in there" and wait for an agent to find and respond.
It's not faster to wait -- I will let the team know you are here and need help.
All the rest of the Information - use or just ignore as makes sense to you...
