Printer cartridge error

Hp envy 5660

I installed my brand new instant ink cartridges but keep getting an error on the black ink cartridge only. I’ve followed the steps to troubleshoot- printer update, reboot, check contacts etc but I still get the same error. Are there any other steps? The printer was working just fine immediately before I installed the new cartridges.
