My 2700 printer refuses to print even with new cartridges and after cleaning the cartridge area in the printer.

I'd be happy to help you! 

 

I understand that you are facing issues with the cartridge error. 

 

Update the firmware. CLICK HERE

 

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, then the printer needs to be checked or the cartridges are faulty.
