Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can't solve the problem to unblock the cartridges in my printer,

the print can't connect to the server, while the is a internet connection ( wif)

als when printer is connected to laptop (usb) and laptop wired connected to the internet, i can't solve this problem.

the laptop gecognized the printer buy say 'printer offline'....

 

Also with the HP smart app on my phone ( android) i can't connect

Problem allready solved, cause was that the printer has no internet connection. (problem with the wifi router
