I've cancelled my instant ink subscription and now no ink cartridges will work on printer. How do I resolve this please?

Hi @Phil711,

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you are unable to use regular cartridges after canceling instant ink. I'd like to help!

 

Always use HP genuine ink cartridges. 

And here's what you need to know & do:

 

If you have an instant ink cartridge on your printer, remove it and discard that, you can only use regular cartridges on your printer once you cancel the program.

 

That said, if you have trouble using regular cartridges, I recommend you turn off the web service using the steps from this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04808536

 

when done successfully, check if it works fine.
