Product: hp 6520 all in one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

It says that my ink cartridge is stuck but it won't even allow me to slide the cartridge to unstick it.  There is no paper jam.

@niecy74, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

I see that the printer has a carriage jam, I'd recommend you follow the steps from the document 'Carriage Jam' or 'E3' Error Displays to isolate and resolve the issue.
