I have just changed my colour ink cartridge on my printer and now it won't print! I have the error message "Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink" displayed on the printer screen. But I am enrolled in instant ink as they sent me the cartridges. I am at a loss.
I have checked through the forum and it has been suggested that I need to do an update. I tried this but still the same issue. I tried using the virtual agent but that was useless....it didn't even recognise the make of my printer.
Any advice or ideas will be greatly appreciated.
