I have been enrolled in Instant Ink for 2 years with no issues. It now says it has not connected since November 21 and the printer will not print stating it is not connected to Instant Ink. It shows connected to network on the printer. HP Smart shows it ready and connected but it will not communicate to the internet apparently. Nothing has changed with my router or internet service with all other devices connected just fine. My Printer is an Office Jet Pro 8620.

Make sure your router is on and connected to the internet. If you have another device on the same router, make sure it can connect to the internet. If the router is not connected to the internet, contact your network service provider. Check the printer connection to the router
